'Rabbit Hole' is Gemma Rogers' second single from her upcoming debut album 'No Place Like Home' which is being released next March via indie label Tiny Global  March 2022. The single and the bonus tracks can be downloaded here from Bandcamp today for free.

With seven months before the release of the album  and on the back of the success of 'Good Day Bad Trip' the first single from the album, Gemma has delighted fans with another classic pop single.

'Good Day Bad Trip' brought with it an award winning video and  contained an excellent surprise pop chorus. As Summer 2021 is left in the rear view mirror, Gemma has challenged the norm by releasing her second single so far from the release of her album, a feat that should be recognised for its initiative.

The new single 'Rabbit Hole' can be described as the perfect pop single with lyrics that vividly celebrate the innocence and special carefree time of our youth whilst viewing through the lens of a slightly older self. The track contains a chorus of pure pop perfection gelling with an indelible melody.

To accompany the single release, Rogers has released a music video, directed by Jordan Grant. The video is quirky and fun and really is a must-watch.

Narrating the story of much simpler and happier times, 'Rabbit Hole' combines a breakdown of the world as we used to know it, wrapped up in the ever changing landscape of London along with a youthful and nostalgic wonder. Understanding how serious life gets, the song looks at the excitement of party goers looking to have a good time, on a mission to enjoy themselves.

Being released by indie label Tiny Global, 'Rabbit Hole' is mixed by Sean Genockey who appears alongside Alfie Jackson and Gemma Rogers on the track. Including an instrumental version of the song, the digital only single also includes an excellent studio outtake from the album; 'The Great Escape' provides an entirely different take on the summer break.

'Rabbit Hole' and the the bonus tracks can be downloaded for free today on Gemma’s Bandcamp here and she will be gigging with upcoming shows in  Sofar Sound Hammersmith on the 23rd  of September and Folklore in Hackney, London on the 1st of October 2021.
