All I Want To Hear You Say is the new single release from Sea Girls and is our Single Of The Week. Lifted from their forthcoming debut album Open Up Your Head, “I’m still working shifts while you’re putting on pearls” is a standout lyric in this upbeat track that has a crashing chorus and singalong melodies. The band are touring the UK in November and from this and previous releases the world is their oyster.

Further releases this week and Elbrook Court drop a stripped back EP recorded during lockdown in Down The River, a four track piece of indie goodness with country overtones. Title Track Down The River stands out and is on our Spotify Playlist..Broken Bones Matilda reflect upon teen romance with new release Everafter. An incredible Stevie Nicks inspired vocal in this dreamy and wonderful song..Our Sound favourite Jess Kemp releases Matter Of Time next Friday the 3rd of July and it is her most complete song to date. A must listen. Scottish music scene upstarts Static Satellites latest release, Fortify, builds to an anthemic chorus..Alt pop sensation ODINA is releasing her debut album next month and single Heartache is haunting and beautiful at the same time..while Jake Whiskin the Leeds based singer songwriter releases his third single in All The Damage Done, a searing and emotional song about a difficult childhood. One to listen to...Dream Wife Temporary has a unique vocal flow and tone and a catchy summer guitar riff..stripped back Old Nudes has been released by Lauran Hibberd this week. Incredibly contemporary lyrically, Lauran is destined to be huge..Manchester centric Argh Kid brings us his regional rap in new release Dickhead DNA, a political statement that falls short..
