Offering a hazy Americana folk-pop vibe, a catchy chorus is wrapped in vocal harmony and pedal steel to bring reminiscence of childhood lazy days and dreams of simpler times.
Known for her delicate shaping of songs that dive into themes of love, friendship, struggle and hope, Katie is a born and bred Californian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist whose abilities lie in creating music for those who want peace of mind. While her self-produced debut EP ‘My California’, released in September 2021, paid tribute to her childhood, Fry adds to her nostalgic catalogue in 2022 with the release of ’Somewhere Far Away’.
