VEX MESSAGE Release Debut Single 'Data Regime'

VEX MESSAGE, the post-punk, new-wave band have released their debut single 'Data Regime' - a dystopian themed song that despite its dark undertones remains accessible and not without a hint of glam rock.
The band was formed by Derek Meins who as part of The Agitator, has performed on Later...With Jools Holland. Multi-instrumentalists Sam Kirkham and Mark Hope complete the band, who aim to question modern society, as reflected on their debut single.
Vex Message performed a handful of gigs pre-covid, supporting Fat White Family and Working Men's Club. Since then the band have recorded a full album, both in the studio where possible and remotely. The finished result is due to be released this summer.

'Data Regime' is a song designed to make you think. Intelligent, the song pulls no punches with its avalanche of a sound - a true blend of New Wave and Post Punk. You can listen to 'Date Regime' below and view the incredible music video which has ultrasound footage of Mein's vocal chords below.
