British rock band Sleep Token released their latest single last week – ‘DYWTYLM’, and it comes amidst exciting times for the anonymous, masked collective. They have recently revealed a slew of shows and a new album on the way later in May.
Fan worship is bigger than ever for this rock band of London origin, and it’s sure to continue as the new single comes as a poster child for the new wave of events. The new, and third part of a dramatic trilogy of albums, Take Me Back To Eden will be released on the 19th of May via Spinefarm.
This hour-plus of music reflects the band’s repertoire distinctively across 12 tireless tracks and offers a spectacular chapter-close to an important era for Sleep Token. Their story kicked off in 2019, with debut album Sundowning and the group have progressed impressively since.
Admittedly from press close to the band, this latest offering presents some of the group’s heaviest moments so far (such as in tracks to look forward to like ‘Vore’ and ‘The Summoning’). Additionally, there’s a certain emotion present (‘Aqua Regia’ and this new one ‘DYWTYLM’) within a collection of various tones, textures and creative tangents touched upon in between.
Take Me Back To Eden seems an exciting step for the band – and the release duly kicks off some tireless touring. Keep an ear out for the 19th of May and the dates are as follow in the Europe and UK run:
