Acting legend Kiefer Sutherland has announced a new album, 'Bloor Street', set for release on January the 21st, along with a UK tour also taking place early next year. This will be his third album release, following on from the success of 2019's 'Reckless & Me'.

His sound is Country Americana which has proven popular on these shores recently (see Jade Bird) - classic storytelling delivered via acoustic driven music. Of the new album, Kiefer Sutherland said:

“Writing and recording this album was a unique experience given the pandemic and subsequent restrictions that followed. I found myself, like so many, with a block of time that I had never been afforded before, which allowed me to not only reflect upon my life but also to write about it. Music, whether touring or recording, has always been a personal extension of storytelling for me. I couldn’t be more excited to share these new songs and, hopefully sooner than later, play them for audiences around the world.”

'Bloor Street' was produced and mixed by Grammy Award winner Chris Lord-Alge (Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood), and recorded at PLYRZ Studios in Los Angeles.

The UK Tour commences in late January and runs until mid February. Tickets go on general sale on Friday the 24th of September and fans who pre-order the new album 'Bloor Street' here can gain access to an exclusive ticket pre-sale for the shows.
