'Alive', the new track from Brighton's The Rapports is a festival-ready summer anthem and surely will serve as their breakthrough release.

In another era that was more dominated by indie and Britoop, 'Alive' would be all over Radio 1 and a justified huge hit. Those days have long gone unfortunately and frustratingly; one thing that is certain is that The Rapports have produced a track that deserves seeking out.

Taken from The Rapport's upcoming debut album that is slated for a release later this year. 'Alive' is pure sunshine in aural form. The song is abound with positivity, fun and charm with the band wearing their 90's influences on their sleeves.

This new single, as indeed their last release 'Wanna Be' and the upcoming album was recorded with legendary engineers Andrew Lyden (Bob Marley, U2) and Sie Medway-Smith (Depeche Mode, Massive Attack).

The four-piece indie-rock band formed in 2016 and soon found themselves performing at The Great Escape and joining the iconic Cast for a sell out show. Last autumn, The Rapports supported Creeping Jean for several dates on their UK tour.

'Alive', the sunkissed new single from The Rapports is out now on all major streaming platforms.
