So epic and enthralling that it feels like it comes straight from a video game’s final cutscene, ‘An Indian Summer’ by Georgia Maria combines devastating rock-folk with the overriding feeling of clinging to star-crossed love.
Recorded with award-winning producer Dax Liniere, the latest of Georgia’s songs takes a spellbinding journey of epic proportions, sprinkling her amazing vocals with fast-paced walls of acoustic guitar music and absorbing lyricism.
Described as ‘Joni-meets-Joan-Jett’, London-based, turbocharged acoustic rocker Georgia Maria first appeared on the scene at the onset of 2019, and she came armed with her distinctive brand of ultra-melodic, pro-tinged folk-rock. The Camden native, who already has experience within music, channels her diverse influences into a sound that sees intensity and infection like no other.

Georgia has already performed at Latitude Festival, Standon Calling Festival and at renowned London venues such as the Hope & Anchor and the Fiddler’s Elbow. With the release of ‘An Indian Summer’, there is no doubt that she will garner more attention than ever before as she opens the gate for a future folk-rock revival.
‘An Indian Summer’ follows hot on the heels of a fully sold-out launch show for her ‘Only One Another’ EP, setting the wheel in spin for her first single of 2022 to kickstart a musical journey of inescapable success.
