We specialise in arranging tours for bands and artists at venues throughout the north of England. 

Typically starting on a Tuesday and ending on a Saturday, the five night tour can be adjusted to four or even three nights.

 

What is included:

A full tour itinerary 

The booking of established, professional, live music venues with hire fees paid for including PA, sound engineer and security.

Backline provided where possible

A rider at each venue

x 2 local support acts for each show arranged and paid for

Ticketing for each show

Physical flyer and poster creation and distribution in each city

Paid Facebook and Instagram ads for each show, targeting those areas

Keep 65% of all ticket sales from the tour

Suggested cheap accommodation near to each venue (accommodation not included in the fee, typically at a cost of £40 per night  for a four person shared room).

Pay a 20% deposit and then pay the rest in installments if desired 

Help and advice on the road; a tour manager at each venue where possible

Having the best time of your life on the road with your best mates

Our Sound Music owner or a rep will be at each venue to look after any issues that arise and to take photos and video of your performance. 

I will seek local press coverage/press opportunities for you to promote the gigs.

Monitoring of ticket sales - if an area is particularly slow we can drill down on that area when it comes to promotion.

 

What isn't included:

Accommodation costs (we can find you suitable accommodation though)

Travel and travel costs (you will need to hire a van)

Food (besides your rider at each venue)

 

The fee for the tour is the cost price - our profit is made on taking 35% of ticket revenue, meaning that we are motivated to make the best effort to promote the tour. 

 

We work with venues in Liverpool, Manchester, Sunderland, Leeds, Hull, Newcastle and Sheffield with more options to follow.
